Im Herbst 2023 kommen die Hacker nach Sachsen. In 13 Städten macht die Roadshow Station. Computerexperten zeigen Ihnen auf unterhaltsame Weise, wie Sie sich vor Angriffen von Cyberkriminellen schützen können. In der Veranstaltung zeigen Ihnen Computerexperten leicht verständlich einfache Tricks und Handgriffe, damit Sie Ihre Informationen und Daten auf Computer, Smartphone und anderen mit dem Internet verbundenen Geräten vor fremden Zugriff geschützt halten und kein leichtes Opfer für Cyberkriminelle werden. Denn selbst der beste Virenscanner oder die stärkste Firewall bügeln nicht alle Fehler aus, die der Mensch vor dem Gerät begehen kann. Siguranta Online at Bucharest Gaming Week
During the Bucharest Gaming Week 2023 event, Siguranta Online team organized an educational corner for the young users. Children could win prizes, play interesting quizzes while doing at the same time physical activities. This experiment put them in an interesting situation - doing two actions at the same time can definitely affect your decision making. So children could understand after taking the quizz while doing something else at the same time why it is so important to be concentrated on what you actually do online, especially when providing data.

H4CKNITE
Pokažite svoje znanje i vještine u području kibernetičke sigurnosti u četvrtom izdanju CTF natjecanja – H4cknite namijenjenom srednjoškolskim timovima! Natjecanje će se provoditi od 13. listopada (20:00 sati) – petak do 15. listopada (20:00 sati) – nedjelja 2023. godine, a pristupiti mu mogu samo prijavljeni timovi (ukupno šest osoba – prijavitelj i pet članova tima) s dobivenim korisničkim podacima za pristup natjecanju. Pravo sudjelovanja imaju svi učenici srednjih škola u Republici Hrvatskoj uz mentorstvo svojih profesora kao Prijavitelja timova. Natjecanje u obliku CTF-a (Capture the Flag) namijenjeno je srednjoškolskim timovima. Natjecanjem se proširuje svijest o važnosti primjene sigurnosnih mjera te izbjegavanju i ispravljanju mogućih sigurnosnih propusta u programskom kôdu, postavkama ili nekoj drugoj komponenti računalnog sustava. H4cknite natjecanje je također i kvalifikacijski proces izbora članova tima za European Cyber Security Challenge – ECSC natjecanje. CYBER DAY 2023: cybersecurity in education, training and the workplace (final conference of the AWARE project)
Our conference agenda, thoughtfully curated in harmony with the spirit of the European Cybersecurity Month, promises an enlightening experience. We kick off with an inspiring lecture by Uroš Svete, PhD, the Director of the Government Information Security Office and cybersecurity expert, motivator, and facilitator of the variety of activities within the Slovenian cybersecurity community. Dr. Svete will illuminate the pivotal role of cybersecurity awareness and education in the digital age. Beyond this, attendees will immerse themselves in the intricacies of the AWARE project. Here, we'll unveil our innovative approaches and the significant impact they've had in bolstering cybersecurity within the vocational education and training sector. Furthermore, this event aims to foster a broader discussion within workshops that explore the future of our interconnected society. These workshops underscore the paramount importance of collaborative efforts in navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape securely. One of these workshops will focus on cooperation and education in cybersecurity, while another will delve into the far-reaching implications of the AWARE project on cybersecurity in education. The programme will partly be delivered in Slovenian, partly in English. The link for the online participants will be added few days prior.

CYBER Night 2023: Capture The Flag Edition
As part of the competition, participants will face solving various security challenges and gain new skills such as cryptography, reverse engineering, etc. The challenges will be complex, but suitable for participants of all levels - from veterans to first-timers to this CTF, as some challenges require no programming knowledge and are simply a matter of creative thinking and problem-solving skills. This year we will also hold an A/D (Attack/Defense) competition, in which you can participate in teams of five people. Participants can tackle the challenges independently or in cooperation with others, with the aim of achieving the highest possible number of points. The winning team or individual will be the one who solves the most challenges and thus secures the highest number of points. In addition to the competitions, we will also organize an introductory lecture on CTF, which is specially designed for beginners in the field of cyber security. The lecture will take place at the same time as the competition, so you can only register for one or the other.
