At this townhall-style event, a panel of distinguished speakers will discuss key aspects of cybersecurity in international arbitration and present the draft cybersecurity protocol for international arbitration recently released by the Working Group formed by the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), together with the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) and the International Commercial Disputes Committee of the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA). The Draft Protocol is meant to raise awareness about cybersecurity risks and to propose a framework that parties and arbitrators can look to in order to determine reasonable cybersecurity measures for their arbitrations.
