Description

The seminar aims to deepen the theme of technological innovation in the labour market with an approach focused on job creation and social inclusion against unemployment among young people. The aim of the seminary will be the “critical” and conscious use of new technologies for young people who are going to face in the labour market, a very important topic in schools compare to phenomena as cyber bullying.
The new technologies are always more pervasive and regarding not only new working and professional styles but also, especially for young people, produce new behaviour in new virtual contexts where emotional intelligence, civic education and a critical eye become crucial of technique and technological competences.
So, we are talking about knowledge and competences that shouldn’t be underestimated, so that young people can responsibly and sustainable enter the labour market.
We know that exploding of digital economy produce new employment. However, thinking about the speed of the introduction of technological innovations inside the enterprises, appears central the challenge related to the individual and collective responsibility of new technologies. In fact, the European Union and the labour market pay attention to themes as cyber security, privacy and digital identity; the privacy management legislations and the protection of personal data are recent.
We will try to develop some aspects identifying the peculiarity of the debate in different European countries, aspects that will be analysed by seminar speakers.
So, the project will start from an analysis of new phenomena related to the introduction of technologies in the labour market, facing the consequences in terms of new employment, quality of life and job placement of young people, depending on the different realities in which the technological innovation it realizes.
The project finality will highlight the most significant phenomenon in this field with the individuation of some study cases and by identifying some critical aspects to better support the youthful employment.

Objectives:
The seminar’s objectives concern an analysis of quality of working life with a view to the employment of youth and the contrast of new worrying phenomena that are linked to the use of new technologies enterprises. Nowadays, the technological innovation has immediate effects in the society, in private and working life, also by creating new professional positions linked to critical phenomena.
