Securing Cyber Futures: Empowering Skills for Tomorrow
"Securing Cyber Futures" is an Info Day event organised in the framework of the REWIRE project (621701-EPP-1-2020-1-LT-EPPKA2-SSA-B), funded by the Erasmus+ programme, under the call Alliances for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills.
Moreover, the event is part of the Lifelong Learning Week 2023, organised by the Lifelong Learning Platform (LLLP).
The primary aim of the event is to investigate how stakeholders in the cybersecurity field can address the current obstacles, particularly concerning skill deficiencies, shortages, and disparities. It will place specific emphasis on the potential impact of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in addressing skill shortages and establishing pathways for individuals to join the cybersecurity workforce. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from successful educational initiatives implemented across Europe that are instrumental in narrowing the cybersecurity skills gap and disparities.
